As of 2012, I’m implementing a new commissions policy. If you think that you would like a painting (perhaps of a subject that I have already painted and sold or of a photograph that you might have) just let me know the type of painting that you’d like and the budget you have to spend and I will paint something to order with no deposit and no obligation on your part to buy. Once it’s completed, if you like it, you can buy it. If you don’t, I will add the painting to my general stock. Commissions can still be paid for in instalments and via Paypal under this new arrangement.
As always, the length of time it takes to complete any given painting varies so if you have a deadline in mind, let me know sooner rather than later. Please feel free to email me with any thoughts or queries at info@nataliemartin.co.uk and we can have a good chat about it before I get started.
Commissioned works, as with all other artworks, come under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 whereby the copyright in a work of art belongs to the artists, or his or her heirs and assigns.
